As a Business Development Rep, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business expansion. In a nutshell, you'll play a crucial part in assisting businesses throughout the Western, Southern, and Midwestern U.S. regions with staffing challenges and connecting them to hiring solutions.
Your ability to reach goals will be the linchpin for our Development Team. You'll help strengthen their relationship-building skills during those all-important first calls to forge successful connections with business leaders.

The day of a Business Development Representative consists of:
Making phone calls to prospective clientsSetting appointments with hiring managers and company decision-makersScheduling appointments through Outlook and Microsoft BookingUse CRM to manage pipelineResearching Ascend Staffing local markets and launching email and phone call campaignsBusiness Development Rep Requirements:
Experience with outbound appointment setting or inside sales calls.Ability and desire to reach goalsProficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn new softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious leadership experience is not requiredSchedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pmPart-Time options availablePay:
$18/hour DOE + $150/month bonus + $20 per appointment kept

North Salt Lake, Utah (100% in office)
