- Monitor and maintain current software programs, implement new and update old software programs, work with software vendors to assure compliance of same, maintain network functions and problem solve as required, ensure registration and/or licensing compliance with all PC applications, learn new programs, ensure licensing of all new software programs.Hardware
- Monitor and maintain current hardware systems, make recommendations for new hardware and assist in contract negotiations with computer technology companies, monitor and update systems as necessary to avoid problems, problem solve PC applications and offer training to support staff.Network Administration
- Administer Windows- based network and infrastructure, administer remote connections, perform all user administration tasks and account management, folder permissions, and user support/training.Security Systems Administration
- Maintain physical security systems and VPN technologies.Communication Systems Support
- Manage, configure, and maintain communications equipment including cellular telephones and landline telephones.User support
