We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to execute marketing campaigns and activations in the Miami market. This role is responsible for producing, curating, and managing content for Bagatelle Miami's social channels. Additionally, this position will also be responsible for influencer management and outreach as it relates to the go-to-market strategies.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing
•Prepare reports on the local market, from customer trends to best practices and competitor benchmarks.
•Work hand-in-hand with the HQ team to source and produce all marketing items (menus, invitations, flyers etc.) and communication assets (ads, posts, newsletter, etc.)
•Ensure all marketing guidelines are respected and implemented at a local level and that the brand lives up to its quality standard on all touchpoints.
•Respond to online reviews and ensure proper follow-up with customers in coordination with the restaurant's operations team.
•Content creation for Bagatelle Miami's Instagram and TikTok pages, with an emphasis on video content
•Identify local trends and develop creative ways for Bagatelle to participate
•Manage social content calendar, ensuring it is aligned with our brand and its engaging
•Report social analytics, inclusive of forecasting/recommendations
Events
•Create Ad Campaigns and track analytics on LinkedIn
•Plan and manage weekly, monthly and annual events (concept, production, budget tracking and reporting) based on group guidelines.
•Oversee the decoration for weekly and annual events.
•Propose new entertainment for the restaurant (shows, performers, experiences etc.)
•Find partnerships for events or private events at the restaurant that will bring visibility and revenue.
Communication
•Work hand in hand with the Global Marketing HQ team to ensure local and international visibility for the restaurant.
•Partner with the HQ communication assets to promote the restaurant (flyers, newsletters, goodies etc.)
•Support the HQ team with the press agency to ensure strong media coverage and PR activations.
•Create social media content on site and supervise shootings (photo/video).
•Support the HQ team in developing digital & social media campaigns and tracking brand strength online.
•Connect with concierges, journalists, influencers and other local KOLs and ensure they have the best experience (customized welcome, gifts etc.) and coordinate with the restaurant's operations team.
•Constantly monitor social media in order to respond to DM's and comments
•Prepare weekly and monthly reports on all marketing and communications and their results.
•Actively build engagement with our followers
•Extend our profile by finding, following, and engaging with the right people
•Work proactively to frame the social discussion
•Find the right spaces online to insert ourselves into the conversation
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•3+ years experience in a similar marketing and communications role within the local fine dining, luxury hospitality and/or nightlife industry
•Thriving passion for social media and new digital trends
•Intellectual curiosity and motivation for creativity
•Healthy obsession with all things food and culture
•Must pay attention to detail
•Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility
•Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with everyone and a professional demeanor
•Demonstrate a strong work ethic and have the ability to work well under pressure
•Confident communication and presentation skills
•Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English
•Adherence to company, state, and county sanitation standards
•Ability to work on site at the restaurant at least 3 times a week and also for special events that require your presence.
•Must be local to the South Florida market
Working Conditions
•Hours may vary if emergencies arise
•Operating days are Tuesday through Saturday, dinner only
•Be able to lift and carry trays as needed
•While performing the duties of this job, the individual in this role is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to walk.
•The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch and twist
•The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
•Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
•Working conditions can at times involve hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment and the operation of office equipment
Work Authorization:
