ResponsibilitiesPosition floats between Chandler Regional Medical Center and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center
COME JOIN us as we seek an RN who is passionate about the care of our patients for our East Valley Float Pool. This RN will assess patient/family health problems and resources taking a leadership role in the development implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee will support the organizations strategic plan and the goals and direction of the hospital wide performance improvement plan.
QualificationsMinimum:Two (2) years of Nursing experience. Additional years of experience as required by specialty area(s).ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign EquivalentTelemetry ExperienceCurrent AZ State RN License in good standing.Current American Heart Asssoication BLS and ACLS card.Additional Certification and Licensures as required by specialty area(s).Excellent written and interpersonal communication skillsBasic Computer Skills including MS Office Suites
Pay Range$32.50 - $58.90 /hour
