Essential Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products.Prepare quotations, enter orders, and track shipments.Ensure that all customer complaints or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.Collect and capture all pertinent customer information and data.Perform all duties as assigned, including but not limited to:Process daily invoices and other administrative tasks as needed.Assist in Warehouse as needed.Provide additional back up support to internal employees where needed.Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.Business to business customer service experince is a plus.Understanding of Microsoft office suite of products.Strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail.Keeps communication clear, straightforward, and uses appropriate technical terms.Collaboration with team members to resolve issues and achieve goals.Must be able to lift, push, or move 20 pounds unassisted.
