The Director, Treasury Business Management leads the overall business management and product operations function for Treasury. Responsible for achieving the P&L goals and a key member in developing short- and long-term strategy of the business. Drives and executes overall business strategy, including GTM channels, brand, customer acquisition & retention. Delivers revenue by ensuring successful implementations, activations, and support for the clients we work with. Defines and reports on key business metrics.Manage and engage stakeholders to support the process and ensure the product delivers revenue goalsConsistently drive the organization to realize revenue faster.Drive definition and reporting of key business metrics to understand the state of the business. Manage and report on the budget and operating planCollaborate with Sales/Sales Enablement to report on the sales pipeline, and sell-through pipeline, and measure goal-realization. Works with Implementations teams to review project portfolio/deliveryAssist with P&L activities and performance of the businessCollaborate with product management by providing client feedback and requests into the product roadmap.
