Job DescriptionThis role serves as the operational leader of the Reimbursement Concepts Inc (RCI) team, overseeing management of clients' Revenue Cycle operations, as well as pursuing opportunities to grow the segment through obtaining new business. In this role, the Senior Manager will provide leadership and oversee key operational and financial processes and decisions to support RCI and Clients Revenue Cycle operations, challenging assumptions, and standards of business to improve overall operational effectives and profitability. Leveraging their expertise in Revenue Cycle operations, client service, and customer acquisition, the Senior Manager will lead a team that enhances the business operations of their clients through Revenue Cycle functions, with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with the long-term strategic goals of the business.This is a multi-faceted role in its support of RCI's Revenue Cycle consulting and outsourcing operations. Key functions include:* Revenue Cycle Subject Matter Expertise (Intake, Billing, Collections, and Cash Posting): o Full knowledge of all Revenue Cycle operations to provide proper operations oversight and to provide value-adding insights to our clients and via our consulting worko Needs the ability to address questions and concerns from the RCI team as well as from the clients* Client-Facing / Consulting / Sales Experience: o Support meaningful customer relationships, including sharing KPI, monthly trends, and identified enhancement opportunities with clientso Promote RCI and seek new business leads at annual conferences (such as NHIA), working along partners to provide RCI sales information, including Consulting and Outsourcing projectso Providing consulting services, identifying opportunities to enhance clients' Revenue Cycle operations and use of RC software, either remotely or on site with new and prospective clients* Team Leadership and Management:o Develop and maintain a strong Revenue Cycle leadership team and staff through effective recruitment, talent management, creation of a collaborative results-oriented culture, and a focus on continual improvement and provide direct oversight to billing and collections operations ensuring departmental and client performance goals are metThe successful candidate will possess the following skills:* Excellent Revenue Cycle skills, understanding all areas of reimbursement, their impact on the client maintenance, and to be a trusted advisor in supporting and growing client's business* Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills* Strong leadership skills and commitment to a team approach, with both direct reports and business partners* Strong analytical, deductive, and problem-solving skills* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently* Ability to travel as necessary (to professional conferences and on-site client consultations)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
