On a typical day, you will collaborate with a creative, agile team responsible for leading discovery calls and product solutioning to help prospective and existing Financial Services & Insurance clients transform and streamline their business. You will be using market data and strategic judgment to stay ahead of our competitors.We take our culture as a key foundation of the way we work together and how we hold each other accountable. We offer an excellent benefits scheme that includes company holiday days, health care, employee assistance, fitness program, family support and many other features.About the RoleAs a Solution Consultant, you will partner with the sales teams and deliver innovative product demonstrations to business users including the offices of the CFO, CIO, and CHRO to highlight the value of Workday's platform as a true business decision making solution.In this role, you will maximize your polished presentation abilities, collaborative presales experience, and your finance and accounting expertise to articulate and differentiate the value for, and expand the adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS).Ability to travel up to 50% when safe to do so.Responsibilities include:The delivery of relevant product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.To contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.To assist sales in the response to RFIs and RFPs.Colorado Equal Pay Statement. Coloradominimum salary $ 100k, plus eligible bonuses, equity, and other benefits.About YouBasic Qualifications:5+ years of core accounting (GL, AR, AP, FA), Projects, and Financial ReportingOther Qualifications:Excellent communication, interpersonal and demo presentation skills.Audit and implementation would be ideal.Must have desire and ability to drive success in a fast paced environment.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply technologies to address business challenges.Experience working with operational, financial and analytics data.Unrivaled professional presentation experience, to the C-Suite.Prior presales experience in selling EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) applications to the CFO's organization a plus.Bachelors degree or in lieu of a degree directly related experience.We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform crucial job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
