Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a VP of Enterprise Banking Platform Delivery, you will lead the architecture design and tech product roadmap execution of Enterprise Banking Platform, including FIS Core API/Kafka architecture integration and IBS product implementation. You'll drive execution and own the scope, requirements, technology delivery governance, design, testing, timeline, and budget. You'll have the opportunity to create and oversee the strategic direction of the technical solutions for all the integrations in Enterprise Banking Platform. What you'll do as Vice President of Enterprise Banking Platform Delivery:Establish and maintain strong partnership with the business product owners / stake holders. Provide point of accountability to the business stake holders.Work with business product owners / stake holders and system leads to logically design and negotiate the product solution and participate in product roadmap planning discussions.Ensure commitments are met while providing high quality and cost-effective systems.Identify and develop support for new opportunities, including operational efficiencies, new product features, enterprise technology integration, ...etc.Responsible for product solution design and implementationResponsible for managing, developing and appraising the matrix structure delivery team, ensure teams are highly motivated and focus on product delivery, including collaborate and coordinate cross-team activities.Determine resource requirements and manage resources, including contract project and/or program resources.Mentor, lead and manage a team of technical resources and set priorities to achieve department goals and KPIs.Achieve results through others by setting and communicating goals and metrics, monitoring progress, providing ongoing coaching, feedback and reinforcing behaviors that drive high performance.QualificationsYou could be a great fit if you have:10+ years of experience leading business-facing Information Technology project teams that include product managers, scrum masters, solution architects, U/X designers, project managers, engineers and quality assurance resources.Experience delivering solutions in financial industry ideally in FIS Core Banking platform.A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline.Demonstrated experience with software development lifecycle management, with extensive experience in Agile methodology, product management/product development methodology with heavy emphasis in customer experience.Demonstrated track record with measurable success in delivering complex, large-scale and cross-functional technical initiatives.Expert at managing by influence to achieve goals through departments and staff not directly in a reporting relationship.Strong business orientation with broad experience with banking processes and technology. Negotiation skills. Negotiates skillfully in tough situations with internal and external groups; can be both direct and diplomatic.
