Financial Analyst SrThis is a full-time(40 hrs/wk), exempt/salaried position on UCHealth's Decision Support BusinessDevelopment team based in Denver, Colorado. Remote option available toqualified candidates.Job duties This position is responsible for maintaining andupdating Cost Accounting for the region. Performs complex written financial, market, andstatistical analysis as requested using consistent and reliable internal andexternal data sources. Analysis must be of high quality, comprehensive, andcontain recommendations when needed. Assists with budget preparation and financialplanning processes. Assists with budget review for compliance andopportunities. Serves as consultant to all levels of managementto provide decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures. Performs special projects and duties asassigned, including necessary research, forecasting, health care costs,provider contracts and revenue and profitability. Serves as a resource forfinancial systems and data needs of other team members. Within scope of job, requires critical thinkingskills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting orrelated field 4 years of related experiencePreferred Healthcare experience Cost accounting experience Familiarity with EPSi and Axiom The pay range for this position is: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour.
