Our Personal Lines Insurance Division is comprised of a diverse group of talented insurance professionals who are committed to providing a best-in-class experience and products to our clients.The Personal Lines Sales team is looking for an energetic and passionate Insurance Client Executive / Insurance Broker who will leverage their industry knowledge and experience and offer customized personal insurance coverage that will protect, comfort and recover, providing peace of mind to new and existing clients.What You'll DoProviding expert advice, recommendations, and counseling to prospects about their personal insurance coverage geared to their unique needs and exposuresMeeting and/or exceeding individual sales targets as well as department goalsPreparing documentation for prospects: complete applications for, issue insurance certificates, and set application for processing by internal or external keying teamMaintaining professional and collaborative relationships with key underwritersResolving any concerns or complaints with a professional demeanor by leveraging product and service knowledgeQuoting new prospects using Applied Rating Services or Company PortalsRepresenting the brokerage at industry functions when requiredKeeping current on industry changes, underwriting rules, and workflow processesActively participate in training initiativesWhat You Bring RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) in good standing required; AB Gen 1 or another provincial license an assetTypically, more than 2 years of industry and/or personal lines experienceExtensive experience with Major Domestic Personal Lines Markets (Intact, Aviva, Economical, etc.)Passion for sales with exceptional quoting skills; committed to delivering a top-notch client experiencePossess and display a professional presentation and demeanor as well as a solid understanding of the personal insurance business in a sales-focused environmentProven experience working in a high volume and/or fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a Contact Centre environment is an assetExcellent computer skills are expected including fluency in Broker management systems - EPIC & ARS fluency are an assetAbility to quickly learn the NFP business model and value propositionAbility to work collaboratively with others, both in person and virtuallyStrong oral and written communications skillsThe ability to communicate clearly and explain complex concepts in both official languages (French and English) is an assetProfessional insurance designation is a plus (such as CAIB, CIP, CRM, etc.)Who We AreNFP is a leading insurance brokerage that provides property and casualty, group benefits, retirement and individual solutions through our licensed subsidiaries and affiliates.
