Position Summary We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the UM team as an Associate, Integrated Investment. In this role you will assist in the media buying process for our top clients and help take digital buying to the next level. As an Associate, Integrated Investment you will create, innovate, and guide the buying process. This entry-level opportunity will kick-start your career in media and provide a platform to partner with the world's leading consumer brands. Key Responsibilities Develop an understanding of clients' goals and strategies, while handling ad-hoc client requests Assist in inputting and tracking buys and pulling system reports Manage the posting process by analyzing and monitoring network schedules and performances Review billing discrepancies with buyers and resolve in a timely manner Compile research data to help the planning teams ensure client is reaching target audience Learn how to develop audience estimates for programming Desired Skills & Experience Concentration in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration Passion for media/advertising Excellent written and oral communication skills Exceptional attention to detail, organization skills, and multi-tasking capabilities Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities Proficiency at Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Ability to be flexible and be a team player Employment Transparency It is the policy of Mediabrands, division of the Interpublic group, to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, creed, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, citizenship, genetic information, veteran status, disability, or any other basis prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.
