The Recruiting Coordinator position can be performed anywhere in the U.S.

We’re looking for a highly communicative and outgoing Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Operations team on a temporary basis. You will assist with core administrative functions of the recruiting process including liaising between external candidates and hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and remaining the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is passionate about the candidate experience and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

YOU WILL

  • Provide administrative support for full-cycle recruitment functions
  • Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews for potential candidates
  • Disposition candidates in the ATS in a timely manner
  • Gather and relay feedback from hiring managers to candidates
  • Facilitate feedback sessions between interviewers
  • Post newly approved requisitions in the ATS
  • Liaise between external agencies and in-house recruiting team/hiring managers
  • Provide support to external candidates; answer any questions regarding the ATS, hiring process, etc.

YOU HAVE

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role supporting People, HR, Operations, or Recruiting teams
  • Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows
  • Familiarity utilizing an ATS to track and disposition candidates 
  • Experience with Lever is a plusExcellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
