We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring that our organization continues to thrive.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Sourcing and Attraction:
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to attract qualified candidates. Interview Coordination:
Oversee the interviewing process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and providing necessary support. Candidate Experience:
Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance. ATS Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. Compliance:
Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and HR Director to achieve recruitment goals. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition. Experience in the manufacturing or oil and gas industries is preferred. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting, Glassdoor, and/or Indeed Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Requires conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures within HR and Recruiting disciplines. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal and external customers.
