As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at MGA Homecare, you'll have the opportunity to serve a diverse pediatric population with speech/communication, language, hearing, voice, and feeding/swallowing deficits. Competitive Compensation ranging from $72,000 to $187,100 annually. Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and caseload volume. The bottom range indicates little to no experience at typical starting rates, reaching full-time status at 20 visits completed weekly. The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing the full-time minimum requirement of 20 visits completed weekly. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs. Instruct and counsel patients and families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
