Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Medical Courier is responsible for driving vehicles and the transportation of medical and other items or personnel among labs, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. They manage pickups and deliveries, take orders, and send invoices. To ensure success, medical couriers should be reliable and professional with outstanding routing and directional skills, and a passion for delivering critical medical and other items punctually. The Medical Courier will possess effective record-keeping skills and work comfortably under tight deadlines to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of medical items while driving safely and respectful to other drivers on the road. The Medical Courier reports to the leadership (or designee) and will have communication responsibilities to each facility.

Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years of General Driving Experience Preferred: 5+ Years of Courier Service driving.
Education:
Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma Preferred Education: Associates Degree
Licenses:
Minimum Required Licenses: Class C Kansas Drivers License Preferred Licenses: CDL
