What You Can Expect
As our Application Management Advisor in Houston, Texas, Boston, Massachusetts, Columbus, Ohio or Washington, DC for ENGIE North America to play a crucial role in operating and maintaining Energy Solutions applications portfolio and creating application road maps. Everyday, you will report to the Application Management Director to assist with managing the end-to-end lifecycle of applications, including planning, development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Other day to day activities will consist of:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet business requirements and are aligned with organizational goals
Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
Develop and maintain documentation for application processes, procedures, and configurations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application management and incorporate them into the organization's practices
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for all applications
What You'll Bring
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, computer science or a related technical field with seven (7) years of experience in application management in a professional setting; in lieu of a four-year degree, you should bring a total of nine (9) years of experience in which you have gained an understanding of application lifecycle management
Proven experience with Maximo and or Procore applications
Expert knowledge of application monitoring and management software
Additional Details
This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; in office three (3) days a week
Must be available to travel domestically 30% to 50% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license/clean driving record
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range:
$112,000 - $172,500 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
