Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in the Baton Rouge, LA area. We are embarking on an exciting project to build a billing portal for our customer, focusing on Forecast and Demand.
Key Responsibilities:Guide and Mentor: Lead multiple teams and the organization in Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies, and values.Assess and Coach: Evaluate the Scrum maturity of teams and the organization, coaching them to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable and comfortable pace.Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.Facilitate Work Assignments: Oversee the completion of work assignments, ensuring tasks are appropriately assigned.Promote Collaboration: Facilitate discussions, decision-making, team building, and conflict resolution.Enhance Communication: Improve transparency and radiate information, supporting product owners and project leadership to maximize ROI and meet organizational objectives.Support Product Owners: Assist and educate Product Owners and teams, including grooming and maintaining the product backlog.Agile Delivery: Engage in Agile delivery using best practices from methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.Servant Leadership: Provide support to teams using a servant leadership style, leading by example.Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead all necessary team meetings in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.Participate in Design Sessions: Actively engage in all design sessions.Special Tasks: Perform or direct the performance of special tasks as assigned.
