In this role, you will work with and guide a team of skilled professionals in designing, implementing, and managing our on-prem infrastructure and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation. Your responsibilities will include furthering cloud adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with our strategic goals. If you are a visionary leader with a passion for cloud technologies and a proven track record in infrastructure management, we invite you to bring your expertise to our forward-thinking organization.What you will do:Design, implement and maintain the organization's server and networking infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions.Monitor and ensure high levels of performance and availability across all systems.Troubleshoot system and network issues and provide timely and effective solutions.Identify business-appropriate cloud opportunities and develop strategies for integrating them into the existing environment.Manage the integration of cloud-based solutions with on-premises infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.Maintain security and integrity of the system, including data backup and recovery procedures.Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.Collaborate with other IT staff to develop and implement technology strategies to modernize the IT infrastructure.Manage software and hardware updates, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and applications.Maintain documentation of network topology and system configuration.Work with external vendors and service providers as needed.Whats in it for you?Complete insurance coverage medical, dental, vision, life401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time offWellness programQualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent experience.5 years of experience working at the Senior level in Enterprise Infrastructure preferred1-3 years experience working at the Senior level in Enterprise Infrastructure requiredExperience working with an automated service desk system and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)/key performance indicators requiredStrong knowledge of classic networking design, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Tools and TechnologyWindows, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux server operating systemsNetwork Cisco and MerakiCisco based VoIP, IP Telephony and Call Center equipment.Software UsedWindows Server, Linux and VMWareWindows Desktop O/S Win10/11Desktop and Server Imaging and Management SolutionsService Desk Ticketing SystemsAll Microsoft Office products including Office 365 and SharePointMicrosoft Active Directory and Group Policy#LI-HT1#LI-Hybrid
