Sr. Program Integrator (C-UAS Command and Control) Axient Corp has been asked to hire an experienced Senior Program Integrator for the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS), Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS), in Huntsville, Alabama. The Senior Program Integrator will provide direct support to the C-UAS Product Manager (PM), by providing comprehensive program coordination in support of the PMs priorities and the overall PEO MS C-UAS mission. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate the PMs needs and demonstrate strong critical analysis skills to generate/propose/execute solutions to routine problems and/or novel situations. The candidate must have a proven track record of credibility, trust, and support. Solid personal diplomacy skills are needed in this demanding and fast-paced environment to support PMs ability to properly assess the workforces environment, morale, and mission readiness. The individual requires efficiency in all areas from coordination of meetings and schedules to organizational responses, a trait that supports internal continuous improvement efforts for the program. personnel and/or other program offices. Provide calendar management for the Director; prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. Act as a liaison and provide support to PEO MS and IFRCO leadership, ensuring the Directors strategic messaging and situational awareness are always maintained. Arrange and handle all aspects for Directors meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute program artifacts for internal and external review; and record meeting minutes. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Directors ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; and maintaining contact lists. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external entities on all Director-related matters, including those of a highly classified or critical nature. Analyze situations, prioritize and/or recommend appropriate courses of action, responses, or referrals that reflect the Directors preferences and organizational policies, and track all actions to completion. Maintain open communications with senior organizational leadership, operations staff, and program integration and functional area teams, through regular meetings and informal interactions, collecting/providing information and documents as needed. Assess Action/Project statuses by coordinating with POCs and other organizational assignees, to provide accurate daily status to the Director or other authorized entities/personnel. organizations office services. Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as the organization grows. Will conduct other duties as assigned.

Skills you will need...: MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a transferrable DoD security clearance, with current investigation at the SECRET level, and be able to maintain it for the duration of employment. Must have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Project. Masters Degree and/or 10 years of experience or Bachelors degree plus 18 years of relevant experience supporting military or acquisition operations, with at least 3 years experience supporting an Army acquisition program management office at the aide/Executive Officer level. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Active/transferrable/sustainable TS/SCI with current investigation at the required level. 18 years of industry, Federal Government experience, or SETA/FFRDC experience supporting DoD and Federal Government acquisition. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of DoD systems acquisition and program management, as defined in AR 70-1, DoDD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.02, and DoD 7000-14, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD. Experience with classified and SAP work. Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, developing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.). Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification and/or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. #CJ
