Recurring Job Responsibilities for Recruiters & Sr. Recruiters Role: End-to-End US recruitment process Recruitment on contract and permanent positions Resourcing through job portals such as Dice.com, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, and Techfetch.com Utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques Regular follow-up with internal business teams and external IT vendors Interview scheduling and communication with candidates Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, checking references, and updating job boards Understanding job requirements and providing a pool of candidates within specified deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be internet savvy and aware of various IT technologies Manage a team of 5 to 10 Recruiters and ensure that the team meets expected metrics on a weekly and monthly basis Hands-on with the recruitment function and able to spend 40% of time on recruiting Maintain quality of submissions Dashboard & report creation for the team on a weekly and monthly basis Knowledge or understanding of both commercial and federal/state business Account Manager/Business Development: Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations Must have excellent communication skills Generate requirements from new and existing clients through cold calling Understand the requirements and client's needs, and shortlist suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences Negotiate rates with clients and candidates Make timely submissions and provide all necessary information to the client for making end-client submissions Follow up with clients on the progress of submittals Orient candidates for interviews Should be well-versed in IT concepts and technologies Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Drive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support client's hiring needs in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment Knowledge of Internet-based recruitment tools (i.e.: DICE, Monster, Corp-Corp, W2, 1099, etc.) Initial technical screening and identifying candidate fitment against requirements Maintain a quality database of active and passive job seekers Willingness to learn and a go-getter attitude Please provide the following details along with your updated resume: Full name: Phone Number: Notice Period: Availability for Telephonic Conversation: Availability for In-Person: For any queries/information, please reach out to Prashant Srivastava.
