Description

SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for leading the business-to-business financing sales efforts, demoing and deploying the fintech platform, managing a sales pipeline, and managing onboarding of customers to the Conduit fintech platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Management:

Lead business-to-business financing sales efforts, manage a sales pipeline, and follow up on sales leads to drive revenue growth.Platform Demonstration:

Showcase the Conduit Fintech platform and its operations to potential clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating how our solutions meet their requirements.Contract Administration:

Oversee the closing of sales, handle contract administration, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business-to-business financing partners, providing exceptional service and support.Onboarding an d Training : Facilitate the onboarding and training process for new financing partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform effectively.Collaboration:

Work closely with the product sales team to cross-sell agronomy and financing products, maximizing opportunities for growth.Platform Oversight:

Partner with the development team to monitor current operations of the fintech platform and contribute to future enhancements.Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of all financing products, including input, equipment, land, and operating financing.Reporting:

Provide regular and detailed reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.Team Training:

Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members as neededCompliance:

Adhere to financing contract terms and fund allocation limits set by lending partners.Interpersonal Skills:

Use strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with teammates, leadership, and partners.Marketing Collaboration:

Work with the marketing and communications team to promote and market the fintech platform.Collections Assistance:

Assist with collection efforts related to business-to-business failures to repay interest subsidies and manage recourse limits.

Analytical skills and knowledge of credit and collection needs. Knowledge of government compliance related to collection policies, procedures, and practices.

Ability to use office equipment, business math, good organizational skills, good oral and written communication. Ability to use spreadsheet and word processing software. Attention to detail, multitask, organize, problem solver, customer focused and be able to interact withmanagement at all levels.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred from four-year college or university in finance/accounting; or two to three years of related experience in credit and collection and be willing to pursue accreditations in credit; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Valid state motor vehicle operator's license. This position requires the safe operation of a motor vehicle to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must meet the qualifications set forth in our motor vehicle safety policy. Failure to meet these qualifications could result in removal from this position.

The working conditions are primarily normal office conditions, with occasional movement through the production area as needed.
