Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Cardiology - EKGSchedule:Full timeHours:32Job Details:The Nurse Navigator (NN) plans, coordinates and executes Cardiology services for the patients between Dayton Childrens Hospital (DCH) and Nationwide Childrens Hospital (NCH). The position includes supporting physicians at both DCH and NCH in the coordination and flow of patient visits. The NN also assists with maintaining patient care websites/databases/educational materials. Maintenance of the overall program includes budget support, and data analysis. The person in this role will have a matrix reporting relationship with Dayton Children's Hospital and Nationwide Childrens Hospital as part of the Ohio Pediatric Care Alliance, LLC.
