Additionally, this position will provide support for patch management, end-point's security protection, NetMotion, RCM, Remedy Force work order management, and coordinate the support services of vendors, end users, and other internal staff to successfully complete assigned projects. Essential Duties Ensures that support vendors are meeting and exceeding expectations regarding performance, meeting define metrics/benchmarks, and to ensure that standards and processes are followed to provide effective customer service and meet technical standard requirements. Hardware Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware components, such as CPUs, RAM, hard drives, graphics cards, and peripherals like printers and scanners. Software Installation and Configuration: Install, update, and configure operating systems, drivers, and software applications on desktop computers, ensuring compatibility and functionality. Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems encountered by end-users, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime through on-site support. User Account Management: Create, modify, and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems and application, ensuring security and compliance with organizational policies. Data Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain backup procedures to protect critical data and perform data recovery operations when necessary to restore lost or corrupted files. Other Job Requirements/Information This job may require on-call rotation and emergency after hours, weekends, and/or holidays. This job is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule after an initial probationary period and individual approval. Grade The grade for this position is C43(1). Salary will be dependent on education and experience. Effective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND Three (3) years of professional level computer analyst and/or systems experience.
