Software Development Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Software Development Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Redmond, WA . You will collaborate with engineering teams on cross-functional projects and lead best practices in app and web development within the team. Rate Range: $70/hour to $76/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Software Development Engineer job responsibilities include: Designing, developing, and maintaining front-end web applications and UI components for Project Customer Engagement Systems. Implementing polished, responsive animations and interactive elements, possibly using libraries like Framer Motion. Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams on complex, multi-team projects. Driving best practices in web and app development, including code quality, scalability, and user experience. Creating prototypes and wireframes for web applications and workflows. Supporting initiatives to improve customer lifecycle management for telecom services, including identity management, user provisioning, and customer support tools. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years in front-end development, with professional experience in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Expertise in React and AWS, with a strong understanding of creating high-quality, interactive UI components.
