As a Lead .NET developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-quality applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance business operations and improve user experiences.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 6+ years of .NET developmentExperience with .NET 6+At least 2 years in a leadership and/or managerial roleStrong front-end development skills, including experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and responsive design.Experience with database design and SQLHands-on experience with Azure services, including deployment, monitoring, and management.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in the healthcare industry or with pharmacy-related applications is a plus.What You Will Be Doing
Supervise and guide a team of .NET developers, encouraging collaboration and maintaining a high level of productivity. Offer technical direction, perform code reviews, and enforce adherence to best practices.Oversee the planning and development of software projects.Act as SME for the .NET framework, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.Office Location
