Incident Manager

Chandler, AZ (Hybrid).
The ideal individual will possess excellent analytical skills to assess incidents critically and provide insights that can drive continuous improvement in incident management practices.
Rate Range:
$38/hour to $44/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Incident Manager job responsibilities include:
Drive effective triage leadership for all technology and operations incidents, ensuring proper escalation and accountability among business partners, subject matter experts, and technical teams during restoration activities.Lead triage calls and ensure all necessary teams are engaged and focused on their tasks to restore critical business services promptly.Deliver clear, concise, and timely incident communications to senior leadership, keeping them advised of significant progress or challenges during the restoration period.Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and maintain records of escalations, communications, and restoration efforts.Ensure that operational readiness procedures are followed for monthly Integrated/Infrastructure releases and other critical deployments.Utilize tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, and Remedy to analyze incidents, and possess working knowledge of various technologies, including .NET, Windows, Linux, and Oracle.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly assess situations and make critical decisions while managing multiple priorities.Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, facilitating discussions and leading cross-functional collaboration during incident resolution.Contribute to the continuous improvement of incident management processes, incorporating ITIL best practices and lessons learned from past incidents.Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leading incident triage in a large IT operations production support environment.Prior experience as a Technical Generalist or Major Incident Manager with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.Proven ability to effectively communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW. Pay Details:
$38.00 to $44.00 per hour
