Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Location: Missouri, North Carolina, United States

Responsibilities:As a Salesforce Tech Lead you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy and enhancing user experiences through the development and deployment of digital products for our clients in the public sector. Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with clients to create, design, and deploy digital products on the Salesforce platform.Implementing Agile development methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.Utilizing source control on Salesforce projects to maintain code integrity and version control.Administering and developing on the Salesforce platform, including security configurations, standard objects, reports/dashboards, Chatter, Knowledge, Communities, Chat, data management, and sandbox environments.Employing advanced Salesforce development tools and techniques, such as Apex language, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, JavaScript, SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter API, UI API, outbound messaging, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages.Leveraging Salesforce's standard development tooling, including the Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, and VS Code + Salesforce Extension Pack.Ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements and developing and testing conformant interfaces.Staying updated on newer Salesforce features, including Lightning Web Components, AppExchange, and partner products.Developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations with API Management tools (e.g., MuleSoft), Salesforce Canvas, Connected Apps, outbound messaging, Salesforce Events, and Apex callouts.Implementing automated testing development, including browser-based testing using Selenium or selenium-based tools such as Provar.Utilizing Salesforce DX and scratch orgs on Salesforce implementation projects.Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

Active Salesforce Advanced Developer OR Platform Developer II Certification.Active Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.Demonstrated experience practicing Agile development methodologies.Proven experience with Salesforce administration and development, including familiarity with standard objects, reports/dashboards, Chatter, Knowledge, Communities, Chat, data management, and sandbox environments.Strong proficiency in advanced Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, such as Apex language, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, JavaScript, SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter API, UI API, outbound messaging, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages.Experience with Salesforce's standard development tooling, including the Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, and VS Code + Salesforce Extension Pack.Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and experience developing and testing conformant interfaces.Familiarity with newer Salesforce features, including Lightning Web Components, AppExchange, and partner products.Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations with API Management tools, Salesforce Canvas, Connected Apps, outbound messaging, Salesforce Events, and Apex callouts.Proficiency in automated testing development, including browser-based testing using Selenium or selenium-based tools such as Provar.Experience using Salesforce DX and scratch orgs on Salesforce implementation projects.
