Flooring Services is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team in our Pflugerville office. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for various functions of the Human Resources and managing the day-to-day office duties.
The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, reporting, and training. To be a competent HR Generalist, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS: Schedule and coordinate the pre-employment screening process. Assist with the onboarding and new hire orientation process. Assist employees with benefit programs Work closely with the Corporate Human Resource team on the annual Open Enrollment period. Comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist in updating the HRIS/payroll system Assist with all details and coordination of disciplinary discussions, terminations, and investigations. Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
A minimum of two years of Human Resource Strong ability to multitask Superb conflict resolution skills Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, at all times Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems Ability to self-manage and stay on task BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH OUR TEAM:
