Work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement Ethan Allen’s marketing strategy across digital, print, email, social media, TV, radio, OOH (Out of Home advertising), paid & organic search, shopping, display, and other evolving channels while increasing customer base. The Marketing Specialist is also responsible for all aspects of local store-level Marketing including but not limited to in-depth market analysis, development of advertising strategy, evaluating and scheduling media, and managing advertising plans and budgets for all Corporate-owned design centers and multiple Dealer design centers. This position is based out of our international headquarters in Danbury, CT. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop marketing plans and implement media strategy for assigned retail locations. Supply the location with necessary marketing materials. Evaluate local media options to determine the best vehicle for each design center’s needs, within budget. Analyze design center’s current performance and evaluate market potential using demographic information, performance indices, sales, and traffic data for current and new design centers. Assist in the development and execution of email and social media content calendars. Help to manage social media content and campaigns across multiple social media platforms – includes deployment, tracking, and analysis of campaigns. Educate and update Retail Network on new advertising information and programs. Provide feedback and suggestions, based on design center and dealer needs. Implement and manage the scheduling and sending of local client emails in the Salesforce platform. Manage online search listings for design centers through a digital management platform. Contribute to the development, implementation, and management of advertising strategy as needed. Provide overall support to the marketing team including creation of presentation decks and processing invoices. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in media planning or account management is required. Experience with retail clients is preferred. Experience working with the Salesforce platform is preferred. Strong understanding of various media including Digital, Direct Mail, Television, Radio, Print, Out-of-Home, and Online. Ability to work with and impact all levels of management. Strong PC experience. Knowledge of social media platforms is required. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well independently with direction, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
