Responsibilities include:Providing high-level customer service to bank associates.Assisting or advising other TAG teams on technical issues.Preparing system solution designs and implementing complex enterprise-class systems and applications.Analyzing the performance of infrastructure to assist with capacity planning in both public (Microsoft Azure) and private cloud environments.Participating in vulnerability remediation on infrastructure components and Disaster Recovery planning.Implementing Infrastructure As Code (IAC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.Measuring and improving the performance, uptime, cost, stability, and other operational characteristics of our cloud-based systems.Writing runbooks and rehearsing scenarios to ensure efficient incident response.Researching, analyzing, recommending, and implementing solutions within their scope and enhancements.Sharing rotation of on-call duties after hours and weekends to respond to emergency outages in Azure.Demonstrating compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function.Coaching, mentoring, or training others as needed.Embracing our vision to become the 'Business Bank of Choice.'Performing other duties as assigned.About You:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent required.4-7 years of experience in system or network engineering in a mid-size company with a proven track record of success.Strong coordination, organization, troubleshooting, and communication abilities required.Proven experience with building and maintaining cloud systems and infrastructure.Familiarity with Git and understanding the role of version control and effective code review.Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.Experience using Terraform, Ansible, Salt Stack, Bicep, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.Experience building, deploying, and hosting applications in a major cloud provider like Azure.Excellent verbal and written communications.Knowledge of technology trends in multiple areas.Proven ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Very strong customer service orientation.MCP/MCSA/MCSE certification preferred.Workstyle:
Fully onsite.We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits.
