Preferred Qualifications:
• Having 15+ years of IT experience• At least 5+ years of experience in Sitecore Platform• At least 10+ years of experience in overall Content Management System• Should have architected at least 2-3 end-to-end solutions in Sitecore.• Should have demonstrated technical leadership in Sitecore through publishing technical papers and contributing to forums.• Understand client needs, anticipate needs/situations, and design solutions.• Good understanding of Sitecore platform (CMS and DMS) and the ability to identify and evaluate requirements.• Good experience in Sitecore 7 and onwards with MVC.• Good experience in Sitecore Administration, IIS.• Good experience in Sitecore architecture creation, utilizing deep understanding of Sitecore solutions to make appropriate decisions.• Good experience in Sitecore API Customization, Workflow, and Migration.• Experience in integration with third-party systems like SharePoint and Legacy Systems with Sitecore using Web services (SOAP/REST).• Good knowledge of Sitecore Email Campaign Module.• Knowledge of Deployment/Backup plans in Sitecore.• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, SQL.• Good to have HTML 5, CSS 3, JQuery, Responsive Design.• Ability to create functional and non-functional requirements and propose solutions that will be able to meet the requirements.• Excellent leadership and team management skills.• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently with strong attention to detail.• Highly developed organizational and problem-solving skills including troubleshooting and demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.• Good verbal and written communication skills.• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Additional Information
