Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Vice President for general management and to oversee our team of project managers. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic vision, driving operational excellence, and leading our organization to sustainable growth and success. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, with the expectation of assuming additional leadership in the future. This role will be responsible for driving the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, as the Executive Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and expand our project portfolio.

Requirements Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the President and other senior leaders to develop and implement the company's strategic goals and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall mission and vision.

2. Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational activities of the organization, identifying opportunities for improvement, optimizing processes, and driving efficiencies to achieve operational excellence.

3. Financial Management: Provide strategic oversight of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring sound financial management practices and profitability.

4. Team Development: Attract, develop, and retain top talent, building a high-performing team that is aligned with the organization's culture, values, and objectives.

5. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, implementing appropriate risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Succession Planning: Work closely with the current Company President to gain a deep understanding of the organization's operations, culture, and industry landscape, preparing for a seamless transition into additional leadership in the future

Qualifications: 1. Proven Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in executive management positions, demonstrating exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving organizational success. 2. Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge and understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape, enabling effective decision-making and the ability to drive innovation. 3. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound business decisions. 4. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including board members, employees, and external partners. 5. Visionary Mindset: A forward-thinking and innovative approach, with the ability to anticipate and adapt to changes in the business environment, driving growth and long-term success. 6. Collaborative Team Player: Strong collaboration and team-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and diverse environment, fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement. 7. Additional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in project management, business development, or a related role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project objectives and business growth.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or business development certifications are a plus. Experience in federal contracting (NASA and DoD preferred)
