We are seeking an experienced Product Management leader to join CyberCRAFT Product Management organization and drive our Enterprise Security & Compliance product strategy and execution across key domains, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Application Security, Third Party Security, Workforce Identity, and Cloud Infrastructure Security. In this role, you will manage a team of product managers, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative security solutions that protect our customers and employees. This is a managerial role reporting to the Head of CyberCRAFT PM.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of product managers: Provide guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities to your team.
Define product vision and strategy: Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with our business goals and customer needs.
Drive product execution: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to bring products to market, from ideation to launch.
Manage stakeholder relationships: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
Monitor industry trends: Stay informed about emerging security threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Champion a culture of security: Advocate for security best practices and promote a strong security mindset across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on security products.
Strong leadership skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team of product managers.
Deep understanding of security domains: Expertise in GRC, application security, third-party security, workforce identity, and/or infrastructure security.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Strategic thinker: Ability to develop and execute on a long-term product vision.
Customer-centric: Passion for understanding and solving customer problems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; MBA preferred.
