Our client is an established European manufacturer and distributor of premium Aesthetics equipment, catering exclusively to professional sectors. Having grown a formidable presence across the globe, with seven international offices and a clientele spanning 47 countries, our client is embarking on a strategic expansion into the United States. Previously leveraging a distributor model, they are now transitioning to a direct market approach with the introduction of a team of Area Managers including this role dedicated to the Los Angeles area. Objective of the Role
The Area Manager will serve as a dynamic force in spearheading our client's direct market initiatives within the Los Angeles area. This role is crucial for building and nurturing direct relationships with practitioners and business owners in the medical and aesthetic sectors, thus driving the adoption of the company's solutions. The Area Manager will be instrumental in expanding the brand's footprint, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and establishing our client as a leader in the aesthetic technology domain. Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate for the Area Manager position is a highly motivated and experienced professional with a robust background in aesthetic capital device sales. This individual possesses an intimate understanding of the Los Angeles aesthetic market and demonstrates a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and fostering significant business growth. The candidate is adept at relationship building, strategic planning, and has a keen ability to identify and seize new business opportunities within a competitive landscape. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to maintain and expand sales within the existing customer base, while also prospecting new business opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in the medical and aesthetic sectors, acting as a brand ambassador for the company. Organize and prioritize quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to optimize customer engagement and face-to-face selling opportunities in the assigned territory. Manage sales pipeline diligently, ensuring progression and conducting on-site visits and cold calling to meet sales objectives. Collaborate closely with the USA Sales Director to develop and implement territory strategies, aiming to secure account opportunities and drive sales growth. Forecast sales, submit detailed reports, and participate in training sessions, tradeshows, and company meetings as required, with travel comprising 50% or less of the role. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in aesthetic capital device sales, with a deep knowledge of the Los Angeles aesthetic market. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, along with a history of driving sales growth. Proficiency in managing complex sales processes and utilizing CRM tools. Valid driver's license for travel within the assigned territory and other locations within the United States for business purposes.
