Responsibilities
Participate in the maintenance activities of Exotec, including frequent travel to client sites across North America, with a focus on customer satisfactionPerform preventive or retrofit maintenance tasks on systems and machinesRespond quickly to emergency situations, requiring some on-call workSupport Exotec’s integrators as requiredAssist with installation and deployment of new systems or machines on client sites from time to timeReport internally the issues on the system, in a philosophy of continuous improvement of the systemAct as one of the main interlocutors for Exotec's R&D teams on specific maintenance issuesPropose improvement of maintenance procedures and processesEnsure adherence to any maintenance contracts: regular reporting, pricing of out of actions, customer meetings, etc.Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering requiredFirst experience on a robotics related jobBroad knowledge on software, mechanical and electrical engineeringAbility to work on various tasks from mechanical troubleshooting to robotic software configurationGood competencies in robotic design and configurationGood SQL programming skillsAbility to switch quickly between field and office workProblem solving mindset and high autonomy levelAbility to talk to clients, contractors or suppliersComfort with up to 60% travel to client sites across North AmericaBenefits
