Role Overview: As our Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all tax-related decisions and activities, ensuring our organization remains compliant and informed on the latest tax laws. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying strategic opportunities to optimize our tax positions.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough tax research to inform strategic decisions - Prepare and review a variety of tax returns - Identify and implement opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate - Oversee compliance for non-income tax obligations - Prepare for and lead tax audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance - 5+ years of experience in a professional public CPA firm - Strong communication and analytical skills, with a focus on detail - Active CPA certification - Proven management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team
