Gather business requirements for data analysis and develop technical specificationsDeliver analysis solutions and identify data gaps and anomaliesCoordinate data governance efforts with cross-functional teamsAnalyze the impact of program policies on automated systemsGather and assess user requirements to improve systemsConduct fit gap analysis and identify automation opportunitiesPrepare proposals for developing new systemsDesign and implement reports using tools like SSRS, Power BI, and ExcelImplement defect management processes and support team directionEnsure data quality and develop data analytics strategiesThis role comes with the following benefits:

Graduation from an accredited four-year college with a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldThree years of relevant work experience in Data Analysis, SQL, Business requirements gathering, or BI reportingWillingness to work in downtown Austin once a week as neededYou would benefit from having:

Experience in developing ETL pipelines in Python and cloud-based data technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, AzureExperience in Project Management and Data GovernanceWillingness to relocate to the Austin Metro areaCandidates must submit academic transcripts and a driving record at the time of hire.
