15+ years of experience in SAP project management5+ years specifically in SAP S/4HANA implementations (ideally Greenfield projects).
Firefighting Leadership: Lead rapid response teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents in SAP S/4HANA during the implementation and post-go-live phase.
Task Force Coordination: Organize and lead cross-functional task forces to address complex system challenges, integrating functional and technical expertise to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Issue Resolution: Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to swiftly resolve issues related to system integration, data migration, and performance.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for critical system failures, ensuring corrective actions are implemented to prevent future occurrences.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the system and engage appropriate teams to mitigate issues before they impact the business.
Escalation Management: Serve as the main point of contact for high-severity incidents and manage escalation processes to ensure timely resolution.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on issue status, risks, and resolution plans, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.

Primary Skill

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions. Project Management: Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology. Technical Background: Hands-on experience with SAP Basis, infrastructure management, and Private Cloud environments preferred. Preferred Qualifications: SAP S/4HANA certification. Experience with integration of third-party tools and applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Oracle EPM, Coupa).
