Financial Services Scrum Master
This role is a hybrid position – candidates can sit in any of the following locations and will be required to be onsite 3 days/week: Chicago-IL or Charlotte, NC or Kennesaw-GA or Chandler-AZ or Jacksonville-FL or Richmond-VA
What's the Job?
Strong experience as an Agile Scrum Master – at least 4-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
Experience managing multiple projects as a Scrum Master
Must have a previous Financial Services Background (ex: Wells Fargo, CitiBank, Bank of America, TIAA)
Excellent knowledge & understanding of Risk & Compliance Management (matters requiring attention)
Must have Confluence & JIRA work management tool experience.
Needs Technical background/knowledge (SDLC and experience with releases to production
Very familiar with defect management
Demonstrates leadership by taking initiative and assuming responsibility.
