SUMMARYOur Columbus area client, a leader in the eCommerce Industry, is seeking an experienced D365 F&O Consultant with expertise in both supply chain and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions to enhance supply chain and warehouse operations.
This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE position that will become a permanent position after 6-12 months.HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE: Must work onsite in the Columbus, OH for the first 1-2 weeks to become acclimated to the environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
I mplementation & Configuration:
Lead the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O modules, focusing on supply chain and warehouse management.
Requirement Analysis:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Solution Design:
Design and develop solutions to improve supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, production, and logistics, as well as warehouse operations.
Customization & Integration:
Customize and integrate D365 F&O with other systems to ensure seamless operations across supply chain and warehouse functions.
Training & Support:
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize supply chain and warehouse efficiency.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 3-5 years of experience working with D365 F&O, with a focus on supply chain and warehouse management modules.Proficiency in D365 F&O configuration, customization, and integration.Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and other related tools is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications:
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate) are preferred.
