Responsibilities
Initiate and directly execute business development eventsCreate and launch impactful lead generation campaignsForecast value generated by core repeatable motionsProactively manage and leverage partnerships to hunt new customers and penetrate into new territoriesStructure and systematically align with priority geographies and verticals, helping to define Exotec's growth strategyKeep key account contacts and partners updated and engaged via LinkedIn and other channelsQualify and prioritize incoming leads based on their value to ExotecEnsure proper handover of viable opportunities to Sales & Sales Engineering team, helping them define projects as neededCollaborate with Marketing to provide regular insights and supportMaintain clear and organized repeatable motions to help the Business Development function run efficientlyRequirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or relevant field5+ years of experience in business development, ideally within a B2B settingAny exposure to the supply chain and/or industrial or warehouse automation industry would be a strong plusDemonstrated competency in running lead generation campaigns and contributing to lead generating strategiesExcellent communication skills, both spoken and writtenTenacity - you are not afraid to initiate contact, and follow-up, with prospective clients - through multiple communication skillsTravel flexibility up to 50%
