As a key member of our US Sales team, you will lead a team of Replenishment managers and be responsible for all Business Planning, Replenishment and Supply Chain development of strategy, process, and execution for our largest customer, Walmart, with the goal of continuously achieving Executional Excellence and Partner of Choice.

A Day In The Life:

Set Overall Replenishment and Planning Strategies for the Walmart, US Commercial Team

Drive consistent approach to Replenishment Problem Solving / Drive High Service Levels across the Team – Instocks, Fill Rate, Inventory Goals

Provide Supply Chain Expertise as it relates to Order Management, Instock, Fill Rate, Lead Times, Delivery, Customer Compliance Programs (OTIF)

Drive JBP/Quarterly Collaborative Process at Walmart to significantly improve alignment, forecast accuracy, receipt planning, and meet retail ending inventory goals

Lead in Top Down / Bottoms Up Analysis & Strategy to Support Quarterly Business Financials – establishing quarterly ship plans, understanding current and historical indicators, managing the path to deliver / revenue streams

Provide Expert Demand Planning skills & POV, identifying POS and forecast exceptions, building a tops-down and bottoms-up forecasting reconciliation process in collaboration with internal partner

Liaison across various cross-functional partners including Sales, Demand Planning, Order Processing, Flow, Account Support & Logistics

Support Sales VP on High Level Analytics and Presentations of the Walmart Business

What You'll Bring

10+ years of retail industry experience; 5+ years in a leadership role including people management

Leadership & Mentoring Abilities: Proven leader with history of building strong, high performing teams

Results Oriented: Results driven mind-set with history of driving positive results

Analytic Skills: Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data

Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results; proficiency in retail math

Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions

Planning & Priority Setting: Demonstrate an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals

Process Management: Can identify and articulate the processes necessary to get things done efficiently and effectively & focus on continuous process improvements

Influencing & Negotiation: Can present ideas and directions that lead others to action

Risk Management: Anticipate risks and identify contingency plans and processes to prevent disruptions when risks occur

Relationship Management: Able to establish and maintain key relationships with cross-functional partners both internally and externally

Systems and Tools Acumen: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & working with large amounts of data

WMT Experience preferred, but not required

Compensation Range, Currency Starting Pay Range: $117,500 Pay Range End: $218,300
