Our marketers—across Brand, PMM, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.What you’ll do:As a Campaigns Manager at Brex your core objective will be to develop, orchestrate, execute demand generation programs anchored around sponsored industry events, tradeshows, or hosted field events. You will also provide additional execution support for integrated campaigns that drive awareness and engagement to our core ICP.Responsibilities:Incorporate both online and offline channels and utilize a variety of content and targeted messaging before, during and after each event.Create and execute multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns, including both inbound and outbound tactics, to achieve event-related pipeline creation goals.Develop ideas for testing, optimizing and scaling successful campaigns.Work with the integrated marketing team and events team to align event marketing to overall campaign themes.Collaborate with sales teams to make full use of content, offers and campaigns to most effectively engage and qualify leads.Understand the full buyer’s journey and proactively consider how event marketing can support at every stage in the journey.Analyze, communicate and present results of event marketing campaigns to cross-functional stakeholders.Requirements:Proven experience in B2B SaaS demand generation role - 3+ years in demand generation or integrated campaigns role. Experience with event marketing preferred.Strong business acumen with demonstrated success implementing multi-channel marketing programs and measuring ROI.Ability to assist on multiple initiatives and deliver under tight deadlines.Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo or comparable marketing automation tools.Experience partnering with sales, marketing operations, and SDRs.Day to Day:Run Digital Campaigns:

Coordinate digital campaigns (emails, ads, social posts) to get the word out about Brex events.Lead Follow-up:

Build and send out automated email sequences to nurture leads after events, making sure we’re turning event interest into pipeline opportunities.Coordinate Assets with Teams:

Work with product marketing, design, and content teams to gather the creative assets and messaging needed to get campaigns live on time.Keep an Eye on Performance:

Monitor how campaigns are doing in real-time, tweaking things like targeting or messaging to boost engagement and conversions.Use Marketing Tools:

Manage our marketing platforms and CRM to segment audiences, trigger workflows, and pull performance reports to track how well campaigns are performing.Compensation:The expected salary range for this role is $99,440 - $124,300. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
