Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support State License - Copy of Professional License State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) Job Details Long Term Care/Intermediate Care - RN 34-bed facility (only 23 beds full) Rotating 36/48 weeks DAY Shift: (06:30 - 18:30) Any experience level Accepts first time travelers Work week: Saturday through Friday ASAP start Job Requirements Proof of I9 or Attestation Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client. Proof of Everify or Attestation Residency Declaration Form Required for Med/Surg, OB/L&D, OR, & ER RNs, Respiratory Therapy and Pharmacy staff Required for Acute LPNs. Not required for LTC. Schedule Information staff are on a rotating schedule (12 hour shifts) in a Saturday through Friday work week.
