Position Description: IT Deployment Specialist

IT Deployment Specialist needs to be proficient with Microsoft Windows Server Administration utilizing following apps/services: (WDS, MDT, DHCP, DNS, RRAS, PowerShell, Command, DISM, Diskpart). The ideal candidate will have expertise in device management, image capturing, task sequence creation, scripting, and MS Intune device configuration. This position requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Google Device Administration, and Apple device management.

Core Responsibilities

Microsoft Windows Imaging: image capture and replication through MDT/DISM.

Scripting via Command Line and PowerShell to automate tasks.

Ability to provide Support for Microsoft Intune Device Configuration.

Understanding of Microsoft SCCM.

Device Registration in various Pre-provisioning Systems (Autopilot, ZTE, DEP).

BIOS/UEFI Setup and Configuration.

Capture and replicate contents of a physical hard disk drive media via hardware/software.

Microsoft Windows Server Administration (WDS, MDT, DHCP, DNS, RRAS).

Maintain image repository for multisite support.

Additional device management asset support in the Google Admin Console and via the Microsoft Intune Admin Center.

Networking hardware/software configuration and support (Routers/APs/VPNs).

Imaging hardware/software configuration and support (MS Windows Server, PC, Mac, Android, ChromeOS, and applications).

Collaborate with other IT Administration (Internal/external) to establish device configuration goals per project.

Create, maintain, support, and update departmental provisioning processes and work instructions.

Review process/work instruction efficiency to enhance productivity goals.

Provide training and technical configuration support for departmental team leads on project processes/work instructions.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements

Technical skills: MDT, SCCM, and Intune.

Experience with Windows Imaging, Device enrollment and management.

Device data Injection techniques.

Google, Apple and ZTE administration.

3 Years experience In IT device manager or similar.
