What We're Looking For
Our client is looking for an analytical, curious, and detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to support the execution of their valuation services. In this role, you will lead key projects that develop insights for marketing, sales, and strategic decision-making while partnering with leadership to drive impactful business initiatives.
Responsibilities
As a
Business Analyst , you will:Manage and maintain various data sources, ensuring accuracy and completenessDetermine data needs and implement effective data collection routinesConduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with clients to gather insights that inform business strategiesPerform data analysis to support decision-making and offer insights into business performance metricsStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the wealth management spacePrepare clear, data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholdersRequirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detailProven quantitative abilities and experience conducting complex analysisAdvanced Excel modeling skills (final candidates will be asked to demonstrate these skills)Self-starter with the ability to independently manage projects and solve problems creativelyStrong ability to evaluate and analyze data, form independent judgments, and provide actionable insightsExperience working with ambiguity and managing complex, sometimes contradictory informationExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey data insights clearlyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesTeam player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environmentAttention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate workWhat We Offer
