Job Description
CFO Data Management is seeking Financial Data Analyst to support the completion of one of our financial services clients MRA in the Charlotte, NC market. These individuals will be working with Banking Product & Counterparty data to understand data defects/issues/misclassifications. This bank has over 540,000 clients that they are having to do a data cleanse for to meet federal regulations. Candidates need to have extensive backgrounds working within data analytics for a financial services company, specifically working with banking/financial products. Candidates should have extensive work history in several of the following key responsibilities:
Management of Project Mailbox and Office Hours for LOB Questions and Coordination of Completed Templates with Alteryx Workflow
Pull Year-End and frontbook monthly LOB cuts for distribution with template by monthly timeline. Coordinate with PMs for distribution to LOB leads
Process and action (where applicable) Alteryx batches including the following distinct populations:
a. DQ Follow-ups to LOB
i. Email to LOB central contacts with follow-up request
ii. Communication and follow-up will need to be differentiated based on QA rule flagged
b. QA Results Clean Results not SPE or Look-through SPE
c. SPE (US & EU) and Look-through SPE (US)
i. Assess materiality
ii. Assess impacts for ECC communication
iii. Create override requests
iv. Verify overrides in production data
Coordinate with PMs for metric tracking and materials based on Alteryx data and ECC materials

Bachelor's degree
5+ years in Financial Services industry with knowledge of database structures, data sourcing, data warehousing finance and accounting concepts
Alteryx or SQL experience
Regulatory reporting experience
Banking product experience
Counterparty data

Strong knowledge and prior experience with Data Controls monitoring and/or Data Control governance practices null
