6+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship) Job Description: Talent Group seeks an experienced IT Project Manager for high-impact digital projects, including CMS conversions and a booking engine initiative. Expertise in digital transformation and hybrid Agile/Waterfall methods is essential for driving successful execution and aligning stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership:
Manage digital projects from concept through delivery, including CMS and enterprise-scale web builds. Planning & Tracking:
Create and maintain project plans using Gantt charts to ensure progress. Collaboration:
Coordinate with Product Managers in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall setting. Offshore Team Management:
Lead offshore teams with weekly alignment calls. Support & Maintenance:
Oversee booking application maintenance and issue resolution. Stakeholder Engagement:
Keep executive stakeholders informed and involved. Risk Management:
Maintain thorough project documentation and proactive risk mitigation. Qualifications: Project Management:
Strong Agile/Waterfall experience with a focus on digital project planning. Technical Skills:
Familiar with project tools like Sensei IQ; CMS and vendor management experience preferred. Stakeholder Management:
Skilled in executive-level communication and stakeholder alignment. Soft Skills: Strong communicator and adaptable problem-solver. Solutions-focused, ensuring clear stakeholder alignment.
