FLYR is looking for an experienced Content Marketer to join the marketing and communications team. This individual will help us create and maximize the use of impactful, high-quality content across channels and audiences. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and content strategist, who can break down complex topics into compelling, digestible narratives for various audiences. You will work closely with key partners across the marketing and communications team, as well as Sales, and Product. What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)

Develop Content Strategy:

Lead the creation and execution of a content plan that positions FLYR as a thought leader and drives business outcomes. Content Creation:

Produce and oversee the development of high-impact thought leadership content including executive bylines, blogs, event content, presentation scripts, video scripts, social media posts, case studies, and email campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with business partners including marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to create impactful content that supports key initiatives, maps to the buyer journey and resonates with our audience. Manage Content Calendar:

Own the editorial calendar, ensuring content is aligned with product launches, campaigns, and industry trends. SEO Optimization:

Create SEO-optimized content to improve organic search performance and website traffic. Content Strategy & Performance Optimization:

Measure and optimize content performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies for reaching and engaging key target audiences more effectively. What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

5-7 years of experience writing for a B2B business in the tech, hospitality, and/or aviation industry in a marketing, communications, or journalism role. Experience leading a small team. Excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of developing effective messaging, narratives, and various content types. Strong project management skills – the ability to own and drive deliverables from start to finish, including managing peers and business partner relationships. Ability to distill and position complex technology concepts for varying audiences. Proven track record of driving audience engagement and growth through strategic content marketing. Familiarity with the aviation and/or hospitality industries is a plus. First-Class Amenities
